5th Annual Vancouver Music INdustry Gala

Founded in 2005, by Mike Fraser and Jeff Dawson; Vancouver Music Industry Award Gala & Charity Golf Tournament is a two-day charity fundraiser to grow the local music industry in Vancouver. This event is organized by individuals who are directly involved in the Vancouver music scene. Funds raised are provided to two charitable organizations: the Sarah McLachlan Music Outreach and Music BC.

The event includes an industry golf tournament, award gala with live performances, silent auction, video presentations and speeches from honoured guests and Board members. Awards are presented to influential contributors to the Vancouver Music Industry. This year’s recipient of the Bruce Allen / Sam Feldman Legend Award will be Randy Bachman.This year’s recipient of the John Vrtacic Memorial Award will be Charlie Richmond. Both highly respected individuals will be honoured at the gala.
